"Hello my Friend" ? ! -
Please, do not say this in English.

We (native speakers) simply never say this, and you will sound strange or even (creepy or strange - komisch, extraño).

What should you say?
If this is the first time to meet a person, say:
"Hello." or, "Nice to meet you.".

For something more relaxed, please say:
"Hello, how's it going?"

All of the above are friendly, and will not sound strange.
